The Safarwallah Standard Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 days before the start date of the trek — Get a full refund with no cancellation charges deducted.
Cancellation between 29 days and 15 days before the start date of the trek — Get a refund with 50% cancellation charges deducted.
Cancellation within 14 days prior to the start date of the trek, or no show on the start day of the trek — Unfortunately, no refund or voucher will be issued.
If you had used a voucher to register for the trek but now wish to cancel, the above cancellation policy applies. If there is a balance in your voucher after cancellation charges, it stays credited to your account. If the validity of the voucher has expired at the time of cancellation, you do not get any voucher/refund or an extension for it.
In the Event That Safarwallah Cancels a Trek:
If Safarwallah cancels a trek due to force majeure, natural calamities, or unexpected situations like political unrest or government orders, we will issue a voucher for the full trek fee (minus trek insurance). This voucher can be redeemed on any of our treks within the next year.
Note: If the group is forced to abandon the trek after reaching or crossing the first campsite due to weather, trail conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, no voucher will be issued.
If You Want to Reschedule Your Trek

First reschedule 30 days before the trek — No charge applicable.
Reschedule within 29 days of the trek — 20% rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling for the second time — 20% fee irrespective of the trek date.
If you cancel a rescheduled trek, the standard cancellation policy applies.
